Kay has helped us purchase 2 properties and we will be listing a sale with her in the next couple of weeks. I have purchased 7 or 8 properties and have worked with probably a dozen real estate agents before I met Kay. The most important thing she did was actually listen to what I was saying. When I first contacted her I needed a fixer-upper for a special situation (not a flip) and I thing she was the fourth agent I had contacted to locate an appropriate property, the others just would not listen to me, their idea of a fixer-upper was a place that needed a coat of paint. Kay listened and pushed hard to get us what we wanted. The second property she helped us purchase got tied by some over zealous underwriters but Kay stayed with us and through considerable hand-holding got us through the process. She is the ONLY agent I use. (less)
